Communications Plan for Pep Boys Recognition Programs
I have developed a communications plan for Pep Boys current recognition programs to enable the company to seamlessly transform nominations into usable social media content.
The process behind developing this plan included researching competitor behavior, immersing myself in the current recognition and social media use of the company, and meeting with other departments, such as human resources, to update myself on current changes.
From this, I was able to develop an initial push of information to service and corporate employees, step-by-step instructions for transforming the content, best practices for employees to share the published content, and mockup social media examples.
